I can't say enough wonderful things about Victoria and the help she has been to me and my family. As a geriatric physician, I am familiar with the many challenges of aging. Victoria is one of the most skilled geriatric care managers I have encountered. She has a kind heart, a sharp mind, communicates well, she shows up and follows through. She is terrific!

I’m writing through tears just thinking about what what Victoria has meant to both of our families and to each of us personally over the many years that we have known her as she helped us navigate the complex and challenging final ten years of care for both of our mothers. Her brilliance, resourcefulness, creativity, professionalism, and unwavering integrity were evident in every aspect of the Herculean efforts she made to provide the best care and outcome for our mothers and for our families. Neither of our situations were ever easy but Victoria was relentless in solving every issue while consistently taking everyone and every aspect into consideration. She has an incredible gift for understanding things from a perspective that you would never think of yourself and she leaves no stone unturned until a satisfactory resolution is found to every issue.
The final chapters of our mother’s lives were lived out with exceptional care, love and grace because of the help and guidance of Victoria. Our mothers loved and adored her! “You are so beautiful” is one of the last things I heard my mother say when Victoria walked into the hospital room during her last days. Mom was so right; Victoria is a beautiful person in every way, the consummate professional and a true gift to any family that needs help in the journey of elder care for a loved one.

Victoria is such a gem and an invaluable partner. Her creativity, compassion and constant commitment to my mother were vital to getting through some extremely complex and difficult situations. She never took her eye off the main priority - what would most help my mom live a better life - and brought her expert knowledge and calm demeanor to every moment. Truly cannot imagine navigating that time without her.
